When will my order ship?

  • Most orders are processed the same day and shipped within 2-5 days. In some cases due to holidays, weekends or a backordered item, your order may take a bit longer to ship. However we will notify you immediately if there is any substantial delay.You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We will also provide tracking information once the order has shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • If you choose standard shipping, your order may take 7 - 14 days to get to you, or more. We recommend choosing overnight or 2 day shipping if you need your items quickly.

How is my order shipped?

  • Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx and motor freight. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies.

How much are the shipping costs?

  • The cost to ship your items may vary depending on what you order and where you live. To find out how much your shipping will be, add the items you want to your cart and click checkout. For your convenience, you can view all of the options and costs for shipping before you actually confirm and pay for your order. Depending on your order, your shipping may even be free!

Will I receive shipping notifications?

  • You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped out.

How can I check the status of my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number by email for each shipment that goes out to you from Dynamite Fitness. The same email will contain information on how to track your package.

Why is my order on hold?

  • Orders are marked “On Hold” for several reasons. For example an item may be backordered, or there may be a discrepancy in the order or the credit card billing address etc. Whenever this occurs we place the order on hold until we can contact you via email or phone to clear up any confusion.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

  • No, at this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

  • We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses; however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states at this time.

Why does my order have separate tracking numbers?

  • It may be that you will be receiving multiple shipments from different manufacturers. These may be shipped separately from different Distribution Centers and with different tracking numbers.

If my order is damaged when it arrives, what do I do?

  • Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of visible damage. Also be sure that you receive the number of cartons you're signing for. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Do I need to be home when my order arrives?

  • Not necessarily. Items shipped UPS, FedEx and USPS will usually be left at your door unless you request otherwise. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms, weights etc. shipped via motor freight will require someone to be present to receive and assist with unloading the delivery. The carrier will call you ahead of time to make an appointment for delivery.

Will it be delivered into my home/business?

  • No. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms and weights etc. that arrive via motor freight are curbside delivery only. The driver is responsible only for helping to get the equipment off of the truck. It's the customer's responsibility to transport the merchandise from the curb into the house.

Do you offer installations?

  • Yes! We do offer installation for your home or business.  Please check out the installation section at the bottom of our home page.

How can I locate a product on your site?

  • Our Search feature at the top of every page will give you access to our entire inventory. In order to find the products that you want, you can search by keyword, product name, product type, brand, and more. You can also browse for items by using the links on our Home Page.

I can't find a particular item of a brand you carry?  Do you sell it?

  • Possibly. Please feel free to contact us if you do not see an item you are looking for. We may be able to help you locate items not found on our website.

Do you offer price matching?

  • We do our very best to be as competitive with our pricing as possible. And while we are confident that our pricing represents this we do not offer price matching or low price guarantees.

How do I use a coupon or promo code?

  • Simply add your products to your cart.  At checkout, simply follow the instructions on how to apply your coupon or promo code.  Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.

Do you charge sales tax?

  • Dynamite Fitness is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Tennessee.

What are your payment methods?

  • We gladly accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that if an order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location even if the package is refused. Although items marked "Free Shipping" do not show a freight charge on your original invoice, we will deduct the original cost to ship the item to you from your refund.

How do I return an item?

  • At Dyanmite Fitness we want to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase as well as the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. **Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location which includes our freight costs for shipping an item TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".              
  •  Please note that all returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. Some returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Am I responsible for shipping costs if I return an item?

  • If the reason for the return is an "end user" reason such as that you do not like the product, or ordered the wrong item, the shipping charges will be a responsibility of the customer. However, if it is not an end user reason, then you will not be responsible for the shipping charges, whether the shipping is to send the item back to the Distribution Center or to send out the corrected order (in the case of receiving the wrong product).

What is your return policy?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include your order number in the subject line.  In the body of the email please list the items you are returning or exchanging and your reason. We will issue you a Return Authorization Code. You may use the regular mail service, UPS or FedEx.  Carefully package your item to avoid damage.  We encourage you to purchase insurance on your return package as we cannot accept damaged goods unless it is the reason stated in your issued Return Authorization Code.  Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will credit your card for the full amount of your purchase less the cost of shipping.  Please include in your return package the original invoice along with your Return Authorization Code and mail it to the address provided
